This policy applies to visitors of our website (www.conquer.io), individuals who interact with our marketing, and our customers’ use of our sales engagement platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

To understand our privacy practices, it’s important to know the two different roles we play.
As a Data Processor, we process Service Data strictly on behalf of our customers. Our customers, as the Data Controllers, are responsible for having a lawful basis for this processing.
The Service Data we process includes:
Use of Data for AI Training and Improvement: While our customers retain ownership of their Service Data, Conquer may use de-identified and aggregated Service Data to train, tune, and improve the artificial intelligence and machine learning models that power the Services.
This allows us to enhance features such as transcription accuracy, sentiment analysis, and call summarization. We do not use Personal Data to train our models in a manner that would allow for the re-identification of individuals, nor do we share your raw data with other customers through our models.
Customer Responsibility: Our customers are solely responsible for providing necessary notices and obtaining all legally required consents from the individuals they communicate with before recording them using our Services.
As a Data Controller, we collect data when you visit our website or interact with our marketing:
We only share Service Data in accordance with our customer’s instructions. This typically involves:
We may share Website Data with our service providers for marketing and analytics purposes. We will also share data when required by law or in the event of a business transfer like a merger or acquisition.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data.
We may process and store data in the United States and other jurisdictions. When we transfer personal data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on a valid legal transfer mechanism, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, which are incorporated into our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
We implement and maintain robust technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data we process. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as instructed by our customers for Service Data.
If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about this Privacy Policy, please contact our Data Protection Officer:
