Business Development Representative
This position will work directly with the enterprise sales team and report to the Chief Revenue Officer. The Enterprise BDR will be expected to hit immediate pipeline targets and potentially grow into a larger role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Quick learner, highly inquisitive
- Bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire to get better
- High acumen for and desire to learn sales
- 2 years’ BDR (or equivalent sales) experience, particularly in software markets, with a strong record of success in both lead qualification and selling cloud/SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts
- Experience utilizing SFDC, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to prospect in to accounts
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Love crushing goals and gongs
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualifying new enterprise leads for Conquer and working with the Enterprise Sales Team to convert these leads into opportunities in Salesforce
- May also include -Sourcing pipeline via direct outreach (phone and email) based on our prospect database and your own research
- Helping grow sales revenue by building a scalable, repeatable business development process
- Completing assignments both quickly and accurately, and communicating with the Marketing and Sales team

Senior Product Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a vision, strategy and roadmap for our next generation product
- Bring together our cross functional teams to turn great ideas to reality and delight our customers
- Work directly with the Engineering team to translate your roadmap into development plans
- Lead the cross functional team meetings to drive product evolution
- Identify product features based upon market analysis and customer needs
- Be the primary source of information both internally and externally in regards to product capability now and in the future
- Create and review release collateral prior to each release
- Create the cost benefit analysis for any feature to determine priority
- Provide status reports on progress to departments VP’s
- Own the Product
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Background in UCaaS\CCaaS. Preferably for a UCaaS\CCaaS software company
- Customer interaction management products (call center\contact center)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence preferred
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams
- Capability to prioritize and execute tasks in a startup environment
- Able to clearly articulate a product vision and roadmap to prospects, partners and customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to understand and distill complex requirements and turn these into clearly documented features
- Strong problem solving, managing competing priorities, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience with business analysis, documenting use cases and gathering requirements
- Sales engagement\enablement product knowledge would be helpful, as would knowledge of SFDC
- The desire to become a defacto expert in our product and take ownership for it
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science, or equivalent work experience

Marketing Program Manager
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement and generating leads for our business.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event planning and social media management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing programs to increase engagement and generate leads for Conquer.io
- Plan and execute events, including webinars, trade shows, and other industry events
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
- Work with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, such as email campaigns, landing pages, and advertising
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing programs are aligned with business objectives and support the sales process

QA Engineer

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a QA Engineer or equivalent
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Ex: Selenium, Robot Fra)
- Experience with CI/CD clusters (Ex: Jenkins)
- Comfortable running manual test cases
- Comfortable working with small teams to divide up testing tasks
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write automation to test a web-driven application
- Design and implement test cases to be used by manual testing teams
- Monitor the debugging process and define corrective actions
- Track quality assurance metrics, like how fast simulated running jobs took to complete
- Able to write full functional test flows that can be ran on a CI/CD cluster
- Perform thorough regression testing when releases are occurring
