The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) is a sales role that is tasked with qualifying opportunities and building pipeline. We're growing our Enterprise team and need great people to join Conquer and accept the challenge to meet our aggressive goals.
This position will work directly with the enterprise sales team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Enterprise BDR will be expected to hit immediate pipeline targets and potentially grow into a larger role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Quick learner, highly inquisitive
- Bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire to get better
- High acumen for and desire to learn sales
- 2 years’ BDR (or equivalent sales) experience, particularly in software markets, with a strong record of success in both lead qualification and selling cloud/SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts
- Experience utilizing SFDC, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to prospect in to accounts
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Love crushing goals and gongs
- Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualifying new enterprise leads for Conquer and working with the Enterprise Sales Team to convert these leads into opportunities in Salesforce
- May also include -Sourcing pipeline via direct outreach (phone and email) based on our prospect database and your own research
- Helping grow sales revenue by building a scalable, repeatable business development process
- Completing assignments both quickly and accurately, and communicating with the Marketing and Sales team
- Adapting quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization

Conquer is looking for an innovative Controller who would provide expertise to its Finance Team, including the HR Manager, Revenue Operations, and Senior Accountant and usher the company towards its goals.
The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP or international financial reporting standards. Fully Remote Position. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies and procedures-Manage outsourced functions-Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives-Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiaries, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
- Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
- Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
- Ensure payroll is processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
- Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
REPORTING
- Issue timely and complete financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of the corporate quarterly/annual reports
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts/projections
- Calculate variance from the budget and report significant issues to management
- Provide for a system of management cost reports
- Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
COMPLIANCE
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The controller candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 6+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations. SaaS, ASC 606, and B2B Collections experience a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help take us to the next level. You will be responsible for bringing together our talented teams to develop a product strategy\roadmap and then work with our Engineering team to bring it to market. Conquer has put together a world class organization and you will be critical to the continued success of that organization. You will use the latest technology to build industry leading products. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a vision, strategy and roadmap for our next generation product
- Bring together our cross functional teams to turn great ideas to reality and delight our customers
- Work directly with the Engineering team to translate your roadmap into development plans
- Lead the cross functional team meetings to drive product evolution
- Identify product features based upon market analysis and customer needs
- Be the primary source of information both internally and externally in regards to product capability now and in the future
- Create and review release collateral prior to each release
- Create the cost benefit analysis for any feature to determine priority
- Provide status reports on progress to departments VP’s
- Own the Product
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years' experience as a Product Manager
- Background in UCaaS\CCaaS. Preferably for a UCaaS\CCaaS software company
- Customer interaction management products (call center\contact center)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence preferred
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams
- Capability to prioritize and execute tasks in a startup environment
- Able to clearly articulate a product vision and roadmap to prospects, partners and customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to understand and distill complex requirements and turn these into clearly documented features
- Strong problem solving, managing competing priorities, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience with business analysis, documenting use cases and gathering requirements
- Sales engagement\enablement product knowledge would be helpful, as would knowledge of SFDC
- The desire to become a defacto expert in our product and take ownership for it
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science, or equivalent work experience

Your work as a Technical Support Engineer will ensure that Conquer Customers continue to have fantastic experiences. Your mission will be to interface directly with customers and the engineering team to solve problem tickets that have been escalated from our first line of support and handle customer communication back to the client. You will be working in a small team to handle ticket load and deep dive through VOIP issues. You will be involved with monitoring our Zendesk queue and directly taking tickets to completion. We are looking for someone who can jump right into our stack, is thoroughly experienced in customer communication, is a team player and has a strong work ethic. Come build with us!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiar with Ticketing Systems like Zendesk
- Comfortable communication externally and internally with a positive attitude
- Using existing Conquer debugging tools to capture audio and follow submitted tickets to create tickets for Engineering
- Work closely with other engineers to solve technical challenges and ensure continued application scalability
- Availability to monitor ticket queues occasionally on Holidays
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years’ experience in direct support work with clients
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Technical skills, experience with working directly with Engineering teams
- Familiarity with Support Ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
- Able to read and analyze application logs (Splunk/Kibana)
- Preferred Familiarity with SIP/VoIP
- Preferred Familiarity with VoIP Debugging
- Preferred Scripting experience
- Preferred SFDC CRM experience
